Residents and business owners in Thamesmead will have the opportunity to grab some free digital training from internet giants Google as they plan to visit the town Next weekend.
As part of a combined effort between Teresa Pearce, MP for Thamesmead and Erith, and the housing authority Peabody, The Google Digital Garage Bus will be parking up in the town centre on Saturday, March 2, to offer those interested tips on how to "harness the power of the internet".

The Digital Garage was built with the intention of becoming a place where anyone can come and learn how to grow their business, learn more about the internet, or develop new vocational skills.
Anyone who fancies brushing up on their tech skills can find Google's bus outside the Poundland store in the town centre from 10am onwards.
