An imitation firearm found by police during a 'pedestrian stop'
A man has appeared in court charged with multiple offences, including "making threats to kill."
Edilbert Herradura, 37, was arrested at about 1.30pm on Sunday (November 25) in Graham Road following an incident outside the nearby Wimbledon Subway.
He appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on yesterday charged with possession of an imitation firearm, possession of an offensive weapon, and making threats to kill.
He was remanded in custody to appear at Kingston Crown Court on December 18.
