Lavender Park will be closed for the majority of a week following concerns about anti-social behaviour.
Starting from Halloween and running until November 6, the entirety of the green space will be closed to any and all pedestrians on a daily basis from 5pm to 8am.
This encompasses any vehicle access in or out of the park during these times well.

Lavender Fields ward councillor and cabinet member for community safety, engagement and equalities, Edith Macauley, said: "It would also serve as a deterrence to would be anti-social behaviour perpetrators.
"A letter has been sent to all Residents by the Lavender Fields SNT advising them of the temporary closure."
That letter also said that the dates and times may be subject to change "based on reported crime and anti-social behaviour."
