Firefighters spent more than two hours battling a house fire in West Wimbledon.
Six fire engines and 35 firefighters and officers were called to Drax Avenue yesterday afternoon (January 10).
Half the first floor and half of the roof of the detached house were damaged in the fire.
London Fire Brigade was called at 4.44pm and the fire was under control at 6.57pm.
Crews from Sutton, Twickenham, Wandsworth and Kingston attended the scene.
There were no reports of any injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
