A 'pay as you feel' happiness workshop is starting in Wimbledon next week.
The first sessions of The Happiness Workshop will take place on Tuesday August 1 and Wednesday August 2 at 7.30pm. They will be held in the training rooms at The Prince of Wales in Hartfield Road. The rooms entrance is separate to the pubs.
Emma Rose, 28, said she came up with the idea for the workshop after she moved to London a few months ago.
She said: "The whole point comes from wanting to teach people and train people with certain techniques for people to be happier.
"I have noticed in London its a place where people arent that happy a lot of the time, and there are some simple things that can be done to make us feel better."
Sessions last ninety minutes and will be lead by Miss Rose, who has worked in wellbeing roles for eight years and is training to be a counselling psychologist.
There is no cost, but everyone is asked to donate an amount at the end of the session to help fund the workshop.
