Ho ho ho ! What a load of festive rubbish Councillor David Dean utters ('Hundreds' of complaints over changes to holiday waste collection dates, December 31), and not for the first time. "I have been inundated with complaints about it". Possibly he needs reminding that refuse collectors deserve a holiday, that refuse collection dates always change at Christmas and are always publicised in My Merton, the local newspaper and the council website. Surely that's not too difficult for him and his " hundreds " of complainants to understand?
Incidentally I do hope we aren't going to be subjected to this sort of drivel from him every week between now and the General Election.Let's have some serious political debate please Councillor Dean.
