No further action will be taken after police arrested a man allegedly involved in a dispute at an Italian restaurant in Wimbledon Broadway.
A police spokesman said today the case has been dropped after officers were called to an alleged assault on another man outside Casa Nostra in September.
The restaurant has now closed and is being turned into a Five Guys burger joint.
A 34-year-old man was arrested and bailed to a west London police station pending further enquiries at the time.
A police spokesman said it is believed there was some form of dispute inside the restaurant before the incident on Friday, September 5, at 10.55pm.
All parties involved have been informed of the decision.
