Police are investigating an allegation of serious sexual assault in Wimbledon Park.
A 30-year-old man was arrested on Sunday, July 7, the same day as the alleged attack against a woman, believed to be 34.
The incident is believed to have taken place overnight while eager tennis fans queued for tickets to the Championships final.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said the circumstances are being investigated.
The man has been bailed until early September pending further enquiries.
