1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Merton, on the 7 March 2018, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, made the above mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The general effect of the Order will be to prohibit entry into Kenley Road from the access / service road which lies between Kenley Road and London Road.

3. A copy of the Order which will come into force on 12 March 2018 and other documents, including a plan, giving more detailed particulars of the Order, can be inspected Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at: Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX.

4. Any person desiring to question the validity of the made Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Act, or that any of the relevant requirements of the Act, or of any instrument made under that Act have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

Provision of Disabled Persons Parking Places

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, on 7 March 2018, under the powers conferred by sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, made the above mentioned Orders.

2. The general effect of the above mentioned "Free Parking Places' Order will be to: -

(a) designate parking places on the carriageway at the locations listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice in which vehicles authorised by the Order may be left for any period without charge;

(b) designate parking places partially on the carriageway and partially on the footway outside No. 31 Quicks Road, SW19 and outside No. 215 Western Road, SW19 in which vehicles authorised by the Order may be left for any period without charge;

(c) provide that the parking places will operate at all times, unless otherwise stated;

(d) specify, in respect of the parking places, that vehicles displaying in the relevant position, a disabled persons badge (commonly referred to as "the Blue Badge") issued by any local authority under the provisions of the Disabled Persons (Badges for Motor Vehicles) Regulations 2000 may be left therein;

(e) provide that certain vehicles may wait in the parking places in certain circumstances, e.g. to allow persons to board or alight (maximum 2 minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes), etc;

(f) revoke the disabled persons parking places at the locations listed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

3. The general effect of the "Parking Places Amendment" Orders will be to:-

(a) shorten in length existing permit parking places in Plough Lane and Havelock Road to facilitate the installation of disabled persons parking places in those roads; and

(b) increase in length certain permit parking places in Hotham Road following the removal of two disabled parking places.

4. A copy of the Orders, which will come into force on 19 March 2018, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made at: Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey SM4 5DX.

5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.

2. The general effect of the 'Electric Vehicle Charging Points' Order would be to:-

(a) designate parking places for electric vehicle charging at the locations specified in the Schedule to this notice;

(b) specify that any parking place referred to above would be available for electric vehicles only "at any time", without charge, provided that any electric vehicle is connected to a charging post via a charging lead at all times while it is left in that parking place. Electric vehicles left at a parking place for electric vehicle charging would be able to return at any time; and

(c) revoke the Merton (Electric Vehicle Recharging Points) (Parking Places) Order 2017 and re-introduce its provisions.

3. The general effect of the 'Parking Places Amendment' Orders would be to remove or reduce in length certain parking places in the roads listed in the Schedule to this notice to accommodate the introduction of parking places designated for electric vehicle recharging.

4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Orders relate can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

5. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed Orders should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof, to the Environment and Regeneration Department at the Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton, after consultation with the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, intend to introduce raised tables in Grove Road and at the junctions of Grove Road with certain of its side-roads, as described in the Schedule to this notice, under powers conferred by section 90A-F of the Highways Act 1980.

2. A plan of the area showing the proposed raised tables can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

3. Any person desiring to comment on the proposed raised tables should send a statement in writing of their representations or objections and the grounds thereof in writing to the Environment and Regeneration Department, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX quoting reference GROVE ROAD SAFETY IMPROVEMENTS no later than 29 March 2018.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Order under sections 6 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Order would be to further amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977 so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for twenty minutes) would be prohibited at any time at the locations indicated in the Schedule to this Notice.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Order, including plans which indicate the lengths of roads to which the Order relates can be inspected Monday to Friday during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey.

4.
