DISPOSAL OF LAND BY PRINCIPAL COUNCILS
Disposal of land comprising a Parcel of land ("the Property") forming part of Alexandra Recreation Ground Alexandra Drive, Surbiton
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames intends to dispose of land comprising a parcel of land upon which a compound is sited forming part of Alexandra Recreation Ground Alexandra Drive, Surbiton, in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames , by way of the grant of a lease for a term of fourteen years to allow the property to be used for the purpose of a greenspace services depot for storage of plant, machinery, vehicles and materials and as an office, mess room and welfare facilities and workshop associated with grounds maintenance services. A plan identifying the Property may be inspected as posted up at Alexandra Recreation Ground Alexandra Drive, Surbiton. Alternatively, a copy may be requested via email to:
