CONTROLLED PARKING ZONE P3 PROPOSED CROSSOVER - RAVENSBURY TERRACE
THE MERTON (PARKING PLACES) (P3) (NO. 11 (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202* THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the 'Places Places' Order would be to amend the London Borough of Merton (Parking Places) (P3) (No. 1) Traffic Order 2012 so as to relocate the parking bays outside No. 12A Ravensbury Terrace to the opposite side of Ravensbury Terrace.

3. The general effect of the 'Waiting and Loading' Order would be to amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle) would be prohibited at any time outside No. 12A Ravensbury Terrace.

4. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan which indicates the road or lengths of road to which the Orders relate, can be inspected, subject to closures due to the pandemic, Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden. The documents are also available for inspection at

5. THE MERTON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (H1) (AMENDMENT NO. «) ORDER 202* THE MERTON (FREE PARKING PLACES) (DISABLED PERSONS) (NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Merton propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The main effect of the Orders would be to extend the controlled hours of the controlled parking zone 'H1' so that they operate between the hours of 8.30am and 8pm Mondays to Sundays.

3. The general effect of the 'H1 Parking Places' Order would be to amend the London Borough of Merton (Parking Places) (H1) (No. 1) Traffic Order 2012:-

(a) to extend the controlled hours of the parking places in controlled parking zone 'H1', ie the parking places in the roads or lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice, so that operate between the hours of 8.30am and 8pm Mondays to Sundays;

(b) to better reflect the on-street layout in the roads or lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

4. The general effect of the 'Waiting and Loading' Order would be to amend the Merton (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1977:-

(a) to extend the prescribed hours of the single yellow lines in controlled parking zone 'H1' so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 40 minutes) would be prohibited between the hours of 8.30am and 8pm Mondays Sundays;

(b) so that waiting by vehicles (otherwise than for the purpose of delivering or collecting goods or loading or unloading a vehicle for 40 minutes) would be prohibited at any time at the junctions of Havelock Road with Kingsley Road and at both junctions of Havelock Road with Kohat Road;

(c) to better reflect the on-street layout in the roads or lengths of road specified in the Schedule to this Notice.

5. The general effect of the 'Free Parking Places' Order would be to amend the Merton (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No. 1) Order 1977 to better reflect the current layout of disabled persons parking places in Kingsley Road.

6. A copy of each of the proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, including a plan which indicates the roads or lengths of roads to which the Orders relate, can be inspected, subject to closures due to the pandemic, Mondays to Fridays during normal office hours at Merton Link, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) WEST BARNES LANE. KT3 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) (NO. 1) ORDER 2021
1. The London Borough of Merton Council hereby give notice that to facilitate waterworks in West Barnes Lane, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to:-

(a) enter or proceed in West Barnes Lane between the eastern kerb-line of Burlington Road and the western kerb-line of Linkway;

(b) wait, including for the purposes of loading or unloading, in the length of West Barnes Lane specified in sub-paragraph 2(a) above.

3. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

4. Any vehicle in contravention of any waiting restrictions imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

5. The alternative route for vehicles affected by the road closure will be via Claremont Avenue and Burlington Road, or vice versa.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply: -

(a) to any person carrying out the works or any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;

(b) to anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) to any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) so as to prevent vehicular access to premises in or adjacent to the length of road specified in paragraph 2(a) above, insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

7. The Order will come into operation on Tuesday 16th February 2021 and works are anticipated to be completed within 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for up to 6 months should further works be required.

LONDON BOROUGH OF MERTON

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
SOMERSET ROAD. SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate construction works associated with the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club (AELTC) covered courts project, including access works, drainage works and road improvement works in Somerset Road, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. During the works no person will:-

(a) cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in Somerset Road, between its junction with Marryat Road and its easternmost junction with Newstead Way; or

(b) cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in the length of road specified in paragraph (a) above;

(c) enter or proceed on foot in the length of road specified in paragraph (a) above.

3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of Somerset Road specified in paragraph 2(a) above will be suspended for the duration of the works.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Pedestrian and vehicular traffic affected by the road closure should proceed using Marryat Road and Burghley Road.

6. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any person or vehicle engaged in the execution of the said works or any vehicle being used in connection with the collection or delivery of goods or materials to the AELTC; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes; or

(d) any person requiring pedestrian or vehicular access to properties adjacent to the prohibited road or length of road insofar as access is reasonably practicable without interference with the said works.

7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any waiting prohibition imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

8. The Order will come into operation on Monday 8th February 2021 and it is anticipated that the works will be completed within 9 weeks. However, the Order will remain in force until 7th August 2021 should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)
RIDGWAY PLACE. SW19 (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2021
1. The Council of the London Borough of Merton hereby give notice that to facilitate building works at No. 18 Ridgway Place, SW19, they have made an Order, the effect of which will be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic in the said road.

2. During the works, no person will cause or permit any vehicle to wait, including for the purpose of loading or unloading any vehicle, in:-

(a) Ridgway Place, the north-east side, between the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Ridgway Place and a point 3 metres south-east of the common boundary of Nos. 16 and 18 Ridgway Place; and

(b) Ridgway Place, the south-west side, between a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 18 and 20 Ridgway Place and a point opposite the common boundary of Nos. 16 and 18 Ridgway Place.

3. Any designated parking place situated in the length of road specified in paragraph 2 above will be suspended for the duration of the works.

4. The restrictions will only apply during such times and to such extent as will from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

5. Nothing in the Order will apply to: -

(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or for the loading or unloading of construction delivery vehicles; or

(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform or a police community support officer in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer; or

(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Order may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

7. The Order will come into operation on Friday 5 February 2021 and will remain in force for 12 months or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed within 7 months.
