Kathleen Lam Following a courageous battle, passed peacefully on Wednesday 13 April 2022, aged 71 years with her family around her. A beloved wife to David, a loving mother to Karen and Jason and a much loved Popo/Grandma to Darcey and Jenson. Kathleen will be sadly missed by her family, friends, NHS work colleagues and all who knew and loved her. The funeral service, to be a Celebration of Kathleen's life will take place on Thursday 12 May at 10:30am at Our Lady Immaculate Catholic Church, 401-403 Ewell Road, Tolworth KT6 7DG. Donations in Kathleen's memory would be welcome for the Princess Alice Hospice, which can be sent via the Funeral Director. All enquiries to Lodge Brothers, Surbiton, Tel 0208 546 3504.
