Letter to the Editor: Morden pool plan is necessary and welcome
Leigh Terrafranca's letter (Pool plans show how 'poor' council is, February 26) apparently does not realise that the new swimming pool in Morden will simply be a replacement for the existing pool, which is beyond further repair. Reducing swimming capacity in the borough by a third would hardly be more welcome than the other cuts the council is having to make.
