The greatest damage to the NHS was Andrew Lansley's reorganisation costing £3 billion. Public money handed over to multiple commissioning groups, trusts, pfi's etc.

Money that should go to patient care. Witness the number of insurances for private treatment taking money away from the NHS. There are no hospitals left in Merton and St.Helier lost its A&E but has so far survived.
