Do other Merton residents suffer health problems associated with increasing wi-fi? My symptoms include headaches, heart rhythm disturbances, dizziness, sudden sharp pains and most worryingly now, problems with my eyes. Despite turning off the wi-fi in my house, a myriad of other networks now fill my home - there is no escape. I also now live close to a mobile phone mast and am particularly concerned that Merton Council will follow other boroughs such as Croydon and start installing street lights each with its own wi-fi transmitter. It seems we no longer have control over something that can seriously affect our health.
I hope Merton Council will make a stand against this increasing pollution of our airwaves and start to take stock of how serious this problem has already become.
