Not sure whether to laugh or cry: yes that very special hole outside Starbucks has been dug up again!
Wednesday morning the Broadway was gridlocked as a result.
Between 0820 and 1040 on Wednesday I passed 3 times and each time there were no workmen there.
I especially like that they waited until all the holidays are over and everyone's back at work so it can cause maximum disruption.
Is there an official record of how many times it has been dug up?
I presume the contractors are getting paid failing to solve the problem.
Again and again and...
