Sneaky traffic camera is unfair and money-grabbing
Regarding the new camera sneakily installed by this council at the end of Arnfield Crescent and London Road, I too was sent a penalty charge notice for £130.
I had been travelling in a long line of traffic when suddenly someone pressed the crossing button outside the library. The traffic stopped almost immediately and I was left in the junction with no way to get out. This whole event would not have taken longer than two minutes before the traffic moved on. What an unfair, grabbing way for Merton Council to make money. They should be ashamed.
