Colliers Wood's former Brown and Root tower was once voted ugliest building in London
Despite the usual propaganda from Merton Council no work has commenced on the black tower (the former Brown and Root Tower).
Is it not time for a journalist to investigate why no work has commenced despite numerous assurances?
The building has broken windows and is infested with vermin.
This farce has been going on for too long.
