London Scottish and London Welsh have been busy in the transfer market this week.
Scottish head coach Simon Amor, who saw scrum half Matt Heeks switch to Rosslyn Park earlier this month, has added Plymouth full back James Love, Moseley centre Andy Reay, Barking back row James Ngan and Moseley’s Chevvy Pennycook to his squad for the forthcoming Championship campaign.
While Welsh counterpart Lyn Jones, who slashed 12 players from his squad last week, has snapped up Leeds Carnegie back rower Ed Williamson, 28, and Grenoble’s 33-year-old former Northampton Saints and Bath flanker Daniel Browne.
Welsh’s Premiership promotion appeal hearing is on June 28.
