Ryman Premier
Met Police hit the high notes in the Ryman Premier League banging seven past relegation fodder Cray Wanderers at Imber Court.
Howard Newton bagged a brace, and goals from Ty Pink, Ryan James, Tom Bird, Charlie Collins and Nigel Neita completed the rout.
There was not such good news for Kingstonian as they went down 2-0 at home to Billericay Town, and they are in serious trouble of dropping out of the play-off places, lying in fifth.
Hampton & Richmond also had a day to forget going down 2-0 at home to Leiston.
Carshalton Athletic’s battle for survival continues despite a 3-2 defeat at Canvey Island.
Goals from Lewis Taylor and new-boy Jordan Wilson were not enough for the Robins, who also ended the match with nine men after Paris Hamilton-Downes and Matt Males saw red.

Leatherhead lost ground on leaders Peacehaven & Telscombe after a 2-0 defeat at third-placed Guernsey – however, the Tanners remain second in the table.
Darren Dudley, Juevan Spencer and Joe Hicks got the goals as Corinthian Casuals saw off their hosts Faversham Town 3-2 to record back-to-back wins for the first time this season.
Tooting & Mitcham United picked up a first win in six games thanks to Ryan Palmer’s winner over Hastings United, while Walton & Hersham’s Nehemiah hit a hat-trick in a 3-1 win at bottom club Eastbourne Town.
