Robbie Burns and Kyle Hough are engaged in a race up Epsom & Ewell's all time scorers list on the back of a bumper weekend in league and cup.

Epsom followed up a 4-0 win over Sandhurst in the Combined Counties Premier Division with a 3-0 away win at Bedfont Sports in the League Cup.

They then topped the week off with a fine 3-1 league win at South Park who are second in the table - maybe South Park had an eye on their impending FA Cup tie with the Met Police this weeked with a place in the first round proper up for grabs.

Burns rejoined the club a couple of weeks' ago with already 97 Epsom goals to his name. He scored in the wins over Sandhurst and Bedfont Sports to put him on the cusp of the historic century landmark.

At South Park, fellow striker Hough laid down a challenge to his team mate by hitting a hat-trick to notch up his 91st goal for the club.

Epsom face another good side in Hanworth Villa on October 20 at Chipstead (kick 3pm).
