Dons boss Neal Ardley left Wycombe Wanderers with no goals and no points, but also no complaints.

After going down 2-0 to the League Two leaders, AFC Wimbledon dropped to 13th in the table ahead of Tuesday night's visit if Plymouth Argyle.

Second half goals from Josh Scowen and Sam Wood did the damage to the Dons, who were missing the suspended Dannie Bulman in midfield, for whom Jake Nicholson deputised.

Ardley said: "I've got no complaints about today's result. When teams are at the top of the table they are there for a reason.

"I think they out-worked us. They won most of the second balls and had quality in the right areas when they needed it."

He added: "We were poor today, but that's not to take credit away from Wycombe who thoroughly deserved that."
