Kingstonian boss Tommy Williams issued an apology to fans after watching his side crash 1-0 at home to Ryman Premier League strugglers Harrow Borough.

Ks, who only edged past Witham Town 3-2 on Tuesday, are now 13th in the table and a whopping nine points adrift of the top five.

Williams’ men have not won a league game at Kingsmeadow since August and the manager insisted that must change when sixth-placed Met Police visit on Monday.

“I am disappointed again. I can feel the frustrations from everybody in the ground and I am feeling that as well,” he said.

“We tell them week in, week out about tempo and urgency and playing with passion. At home there seems to be some sort of mental problem at the moment.

“I apologise to the supporters for that. We want to be winning home games to teams like Harrow Borough – no disrespect to them.

“Everybody is frustrated. Our home form is poor. We need to get it right and done very quickly.

“We’re not a management group that wants a revolving door of players coming in and going out, but there will be tweaks and I will get it right.”
