Twickenham Cricket Club celebrated news former Middlesex professional Dan Housego would be returning to the club by progressing to the next round of the National Knockout Cup on Sunday.
Housego, released by Gloucestershire over the winter, scored 575 league runs for Twickenham in 2010 and agreed a deal to return to the club in a player-coach capacity last week.
Ts captain Carlos Nunes (88) and Parminder Singh (64) blasted their side to victory at Malden Wanderers at the weekend.
The pair helped Twickenham post 248 at Cambridge Avenue before they dismissed their hosts for 168, with Nunes claiming 3-26.
