Cobham couple Phil and Emily Wicks dominated the Elmbridge 10k in Walton on Thames on Sunday.
The husband-and-wife pair of ex-Great Britain international cross country athletes won their respective races with Phil claiming the men's race by a whopping two minutes 26 seconds ahead of of his nearest rival.

The 32-year-old Belgrave Harrier clocked 30:38 to triumph with South London Harrier Joe Croft finishing a distant second in 33:04.
Wicks' other half Emily, who runs for Aldershot, Farnham & District, clocked 35:05 to win the women's race and finish 18th overall - six places and 27 seconds ahead of clubmate Georgie Bruinvels (35:32).
