Hercules Wimbledon men's cross-country runners were in action at Putney Vale last Saturday competing in the opening 2XU Surrey cross country league.
Ross Vance won the Wandsworth Schools year nine to 11 2,000m cross-country championship on Tooting Bec in eight minutes, 58 seconds.
Toby West was ninth in the year seven and eight race in 6.55.
Elsewhere, Hercules Wimbledon's Amy Aronson warmed up for this weekend's Surrey Ladies cross country league race on Wimbledon Common by posting a personal best time in the Bushy Park parkrun, where she was third in the women's race.
She clocked 19.15 for the 5km to take 42 seconds off her previous best time set on her debut appearance in the event in August.
