Harlequins centre George Lowe has been ruled out of tomorrow's trip to Leicester Tigers having picked up a knock in training.
The 22-year-old has been in good form as director of rugby Conor O'Shea's men have opened the defence of their Premiership crown with three straight bonus point triumphs.
Lowe is replaced in the back line by Matt Hopper, while Olly Kohn and Maurie Fa'asavalu return to the starting line-up in the forwards.
