Molesey Boat Club veterans Rachel Stanhope and Philippa Cross helped a star studded eights crew to a Masters pennant at the Women's Eights Head of the River Race on the Thames on Saturday.
The former Great Britain international rowers featured in a boat that included London 2012 gold medalists Anna Watkins and Katherine Grainger and was coxed by Adrian Ellison - the man who steered Sir Steve Redgrave to his first Olympic gold in 1984.
The all-star crew powered home in 19 minutes 2.04 seconds to finish 10th overall out of more than 200 elite, senior and junior crews.
Molesey also enjoyed success in the intermediate category as they teamed up with Putney Town Rowing Club to win in 18:54.3 and finish seventh overall.
