Whyteleafe kept the pressure on the Kent League Premier Division leading pack with a comfortable 3-0 win over Sevenoaks at Church Road.

Leafe are now unbeaten in nine league games, including only two draws and 25 goals, and arer only four points of Table-toppers Erith Town and Erith & Belvedere - however, their rivals both have three games in hand.

Goals from Getro Kilapi, Omar Folkes - returning from a spell with Bognor Regis - and a Ryan Maxwell penalty proved too much for Oaks, who are languishing second from bottom of the table.

Such was Leafe's dominance, the clear man of the match was visiting keeper Andrew Osei who made numerous good saves to keep the score respectable.

The first of many good saves came in the 12th minute, as Osei came out to block at the feet of Kilapi, who had broken clear of the rather slow Sevenoaks defence.

Ten minutes later, Jerson Dos Santos put Kilapi through - he outpaced defender Danny Cooper but shot across the face of goal, with Osei doing well to come out and narrow the angle.

Michael Abnett was brought down by Cooper on the edge of the box in the 24th minute but Bentley Graham's free kick was just wide of the target.

A minute later, Dos Santos again outpaced Cooper but Osei was again out to make a good save.

Leafe finally took the lead in the 37th minute - a Dos Santos free kick was well saved by Osei but the ball came out to Stuart Young who crossed for Kilapi to guide it into the net from close range.

Folkes was again far too quick for Cooper, chasing on to a long ball in the 40th minute, but Osei came to the rescue of his defence once more, rushing out to block Folkes' shot.

A repeat move in the 43rd minute had Copper once more floundering in Folkes's wake, and this time the Leafe striker was too good for Osei for 2-0.

The second half went from bad to worse for Oaks defender Cooper - he unnecessarily handled a cross in the box when under no pressure and the referee awarded the penalty, and Maxwell struck it well to put Leafe 3-0 up.

At the final whistle, Leafe's supporters were in good voice but they now face a tough run with the next three games against the other top four sides - starting with a trip to leaders Erith Town on Saturday (kick off 3pm).
