On Saturday 19th August, Merton United Nations held a car boot sale at St. Mary's Church grounds in Wimbledon Village, to raise money for charity.
There were many cars present, selling household bric-a-brac and Alison Williams, Secretary of Merton United Nations Association said: “I would like to thank St. Mary's Church and everyone who helped to make this such a successful event.”
The monies raised will go to UNICEF, UNCHR and the Refugee Agency.
