Arts Space: Mitcham will be holding our inaugural gallery evening on Thursday 25th May at Cranmer Primary School.
We will be showcasing a variety of arts and have sourced a multitude of artworks from predominantly London-based artists in many mediums from traditional canvases to sculpture, photography, costume and props.
We have also been leant a selection of short films from the London Film Festival that will be screened throughout the night. Refreshments will also be provided.
We will have a local DJ providing music for the main atrium of the building and are currently advertising for secondary school bands of any genre to perform in our hall space.
We are inviting members of the Mitcham community as well as people of local importance. Siobhan McDonagh (Labour MP for Mitcham) has confirmed that she will be attending.
We hope the evening will be incredibly worthwhile, with our community able to experience a variety of professional arts and having the opportunity to talk to attending artists about their work and influences.
