At 19:16 on Friday 16th December, hundreds of Cub Scouts across the UK renewed their promises in ceremonies to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the movement’s founding.
To mark the occasion, the Coca-Cola London Eye treated the Wimbledon and Wandle District Cub Scouts and their Leader, Luke Higgins, to a special 30-minute rotation so they could renew their promise in a spectacular and iconic London landmark, with a backdrop of breath-taking views of the city’s famous skyline.
