Frustrated commuters experienced delays this morning after a signal failure caused a backlog of trains into central London.

Delays of at least 15 minutes were reported on South West Trains services into Waterloo via Wimbledon and Earlsfield, due to a signal failure at Raynes Park which halted the 7.04am service from Guildford.
