Children and staff at a nursery in Wimbledon donned their denim and came over all blue last week in support of Jeans for Genes Day.
The Co-operative Childcare at the Traincare Depot, Durnsford Road, raised £100 for the charity by wearing jeans, taking part in blue themed activities like painting and messy play and by making cakes.
Sarah Allen, third manager at the nursery, said: "Taking part in fundraising activities and helping children understand the importance of helping others is part of the ethos of the nursery."
Jeans for Genes day is an annual event which supports children with genetic disorders.
