Sutton and Merton offering children's health check

A new health check system for two year olds is being offered by a community health team.

From October the health visitor team in Sutton and Merton will be offering health checks.

Parents will receive their invite letters in the coming weeks if their child turns two in October 2012.

Samantha Pennell, the project leader said: "The health checks will mean we can respond, refer and signpost parents quickly if need be. And we can match any needs identified to a wide range of services within the local community."
