I am pleased to see Croydon Council providing sensible cycle paths. But it appears to be all in vain.
First there are problem where pedestrians using them as footpaths (eg the top of Derby Road opposite West Croydon railway station) putting themselves & cyclists in danger.
Then, there are the car drivers who park at the exits of cycle paths (eg Ruskin Road, West Croydon) causing a complete obstruction.
Is there any bye-law to stop the misuse of cycle paths, as there is for cyclists using pavements?
