Nose jobs and breast enlargements are the latest service offered by the New Victoria Hospital after recruiting cosmetic surgeon, Dr David Gateley.
The hospital, in Coombe lane West, Kingston, is promising affordable cosmetic surgery to all in a properly registered surgery that's safe and a fully qualified surgeon.
Dr Gateley is a member of the British Association of Plastic Surgeons and British Society for Surgery of the Hand and the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons Market analysts Mintel expect Britons to shell out £1billion on cosmetic surgery this year so it seems a great time to get in on the act.
Mintel found nose jobs were the most popular surgical procedure with men, with breast enlargement most popular with women.
Charles Hutton, chief executive, said: "When it comes to cosmetic surgery, it is obviously important for people to know that their surgeon is experienced and preferably one of the best.
"However, we also decided to take a stance and provide this service without a huge price tag".
Recent undercover research by consumer group Which revealed 19 clinics played down the risks of cosmetic surgery during sales pitches.
But Mr Hutton said that there would be no sales pitches at the New Victoria, and Dr Gateley would always say no if he was uncomfortable with doing a procedure.
He added: "David will not operate on anybody unless they've had at least two consultations - a month between meeting and any operation.
"We would never in a million years do something if they did not want to."
He also dismissed criticism that cosmetic surgery prayed on those who might be better suited having psychological treatment to improve self-confidence.
Mr Hutton said: "It's there money and they can spend it on what they like.
"They're not mad if getting rid of some lines improves their quality of life - if it is psychological and its cures them, why not?"
