A spectacular Christmas light display in a grandmother's front garden is brightening a quiet cul-de-sac in Wimbledon.
Neighbours in Queensmere Close have been praising the festive lights and decorations which have brought seasonal cheer to the whole area.
Lisa Lewin, 55, who set it all up to entertain her grandchildren has been taken back by the comments about her Christmas display.
Ms Lewin said: “I have had people knocking on my door, six to eight times a day, saying how wonderful my decorations have been.
“There are only 17 bungalows in our small residential area and people have been videoing my decorations and making comments on how they have never seen anything so great.
“It has really cheered them up, I have grandchildren who love Christmas and so I done it for them, it has really been out of the world for tiny Queensmere.”
Her decorations include a nine-foot Father Christmas, reindeer, inflatable polar bear, and Christmas trees.
Carol Mitchell, a neighbour said: “It is absolutely wonderful what Lisa has done having the decorations all-around the garden like this has made lots of neighbours to stop and take pictures of her garden.”
