A charity which helps people who suffer from panic attacks, phobias and other related anxiety disorders has celebrated 20 years.
Jean Bevan, a development worker for the organisation No Panic in Sutton and Merton, runs two self-help support groups.
Jean suffered from anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia and wanted to meet with fellow sufferers and at the time there was no such group, so she started a group herself.
The 20th celebration was held on November 30 at North Cheam Resource centre.
No Panic is a registered charity with all of the support services provided over the telephone to ensure sufferers can be reached regardless of how isolated they are.
