Gorgeous golden colours, crunchy carpets of leaves, low lingering sunlight – what’s not to like about autumn.

When you throw in wrapping up warm to protect against the chill in the air, this has to be one of the best times of year.

It’s great for getting cosy indoors but also for exploring outdoors to see the seasonal sights that nature has to offer.

Sure, winter is coming but let’s not forget how beautiful autumn can be first.

Continuing to grow, with 340 members, the club invites people to share their best photos from around south-east London and north Kent, as well as talk to fellow photographers, join in projects and enter competitions.

You can request to join the group on Facebook and once accepted you’ll be able to add your pictures to the group, join in the conversation and contests and also possibly have some of your photos used here in the newspaper or on our website.
