A glamorous event in aid of a national project that supports bereaved people will be held in Wimbledon Village next month.

Linda Magistris, the founder of The Good Grief Trust, has organised the event at L.K.Bennett in High Street Wimbledon which will be attended by guest speakers Lee Pycroft and Charlotte Broadbent.

Ms Magistris launched the charity nine months ago, following the death of her partner Graham in September 2014. She said she struggled to find anything to help with her grief, and spent two years researching the project.

The shopping channel presenter wants to develop an online bereavement support website, which provides information about available services, and a special bereavement 'pack'.

A-list make-up artist and therapist Ms Pycroft will give a talk on her work, beauty, and advise on wellbeing.

Ms Broadbent is an ex-Hello magazine beauty and fashion editor. She will be giving style tips to attendees, and chat about summer wardrobe planning.

The women's luxury fashion store will hold a sale during the evening, and provide champagne and goody bags.

Tickets cost £15 and can be ordered by email at linda@thegoodgrieftrust.org.
