A 16-year-old boy who was arrested after police were called to reports of a man "brandishing a gun in the street" has been rebailed until June.
A man was seen in Batsworth Road, Mitcham, with what was believed to be a handgun on Saturday, March 26.
Armed police were called after reports that a firearm was collected from a bush area, and a 16-year-old was arrested at his home on suspicion of possession of a firearm.

The boy was originally bailed until Monday, May 2, pending forensic examinations.
He has now been rebailed until a date in early June.
