A man was stabbed outside a Mitcham pub on Sunday evening.
Police were called to the King’s Arms in London Road at 8.41pm, where a 31-year-old man had been stabbed.
The victim was taken to hospital and his condition is described as serious but stable.
Officers believe a number of people witnessed the incident, which is believed to be linked to an altercation over a football match within the pub.
