The council’s director for community and housing Simon Williams said: “It’s always great to see our young people enjoying the huge variety of books our libraries have to offer. Reading is a wonderful way of discovering new worlds and expanding knowledge.
“Congratulations to these five young people for their dedication to reading over the Easter holidays and a big thank you to South London Stationers and the Morden Islamic Community Centre for providing the prizes.”
