The boy allegedly raped the girl twice last year
A 15-year-old boy is facing two charges of raping a 12-year-old girl in Battersea.
The boy allegedly raped a girl in Battersea Park in September last year.
He was 13 at the time of the alleged assault.
The teenager was also charged with raping a 12-year-old girl at an address in Battersea in November.
He was 14 when the second alleged assault took place.
He appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates’ Court charged with the assaults on Thursday, September 10.
Appearing in court, he was bailed to return on Tuesday, October 6.
