A crew was called at about 2.30am this morning.
Firefighters were called to a car on fire in the early hours this morning.
The car, in Church Lane, Morden, near Merton Park Primary School, was found on fire at about 2.30am.
A crew from Wimbledon fire station was sent out and took half an hour to tackle the blaze.
A spokesman said nobody was about at the time and no one was injured.
