A man will go on trial after denying one charge of possessing of an offensive weapon and admitting a second.
Dwain Deriggs, 29, appeared at Kingston Crown Court on Tuesday, March 17, where he denied one count of possessing an offensive weapon and admitted a second charge of having a knife.
Mr Deriggs, of Highbury Avenue, Thornton Heath, will be back before the same court on May 18 for the trial.
