A pensioner has pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a child at a community centre in Merton.
Cedric Daley, 78, admitted touching a girl under the age of 13 in a sexual manner at the New Horizon Centre in Pollards Hill on two separate occasions in September.
The first assault took place in the middle of the month and the pensioner, whose registered address is in Enfield, north London, also assaulted the girl at the centre six days later.
He pleaded guilty to both offences at Kingston Crown Court on Friday.
Daley has been bailed, on the condition he lives and sleeps at his home in Enfield. He is also forbidden from being alone with a child without the supervision of an adult.
He is due to return to Kingston Crown Court for sentencing on Friday, January 9.
