A man and two women have denied conspiracy to possess firearms with intent to endanger life.

They are part of a group of six men and women between the ages of 19 and 55 from across London who have been charged with the offence, following a police raid in Mitcham in April.

They also face joint charges of conspiracy to transfer a prohibited weapon and conspiracy to transfer ammunition.

Appearing in Kingston Crown Court today, Islington residents Emily Ciantar, 19, Sarah Anderson, 23 and Ian Cullen, 42, pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Also accused are Mitcham man Spencer Inglis, 24, Finsbury Park resident Joseph Macgillivray, 55 and Alexander Mullings, 23, of no fixed abode.

Inglis' address today was registered as Anerley Road, Bromley, but was previously given as Commonside East, Mitcham.

The court was told that Inglis and Mullings would not appear in court today, while Macgillivray, who has had cancer diagnosed, was unfit to attend.

The three men are all due to enter pleas at Kingston Crown Court on October 31.

Ciantar, Anderson and Cullen have been released on bail with night-time curfews imposed.

Cullen must also report to Kentish Town police station three times a week and is forbidden from applying for international travel documents.

They are due to return to Kingston Crown Court for trial on November 24.
