Struggling to find the motivation to get fit? Military professionals are promising to whip you into shape with a gruelling fitness power hour on National Fitness Day.

Head down to Wimbledon Park at 9.30am on Friday, September 26 for a free fitness class with British Military Fitness (BMF) instructors in the open air.

Offering a variety of exercises and terrain, every session is unique and designed to challenge.

Classes are tailored to match the ability and fitness level of members and make full use of the outdoor space available.

Through teamwork and military leadership, BMF encourages participants to push their limits and get the maximum out of each workout.

Participants should bring running shoes, outdoor kit and be ready to have fun, meet new friends and make the most of the great outdoors.

The free session is organised in collaboration with UKactive, the national organisation for promoting physical activity.
